Accepted Insurance

We are providers for the following insurances:

• Tricare Dental Plan (Military)
• United Concordia
• Delta Premier
• Medicaid Texas Health Steps (ages 13 to 20)

We also accept assignment of benefits for most other insurances. As a convenience, we will submit your insurance claims; however, you are responsible to make any co-payments at the time services are rendered.

In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed convenient payment options from which to choose. Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. These arrangements can be coordinated with your dental insurance benefits. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and Care Credit.
